Shipping Policy

Temptation items are printed on demand, so every order has two stages: production (making your item) and shipping (getting it to you). The estimate below is production plus shipping combined.

Production time

Because each piece is made to order, our print partner (Printful) needs a little time to produce it before it ships. Production typically takes 2 to 7 business days. During launches, holidays, or unusually busy periods, production can take a bit longer, and we will say so at checkout or by email when we can.

Shipping time

Once your order is produced and handed to the carrier, delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method:

• Domestic (United States) — usually 3 to 7 business days after production.
• International — usually 7 to 20 business days after production, depending on the destination and customs.

Preorder drops

Items reserved during a preorder are not produced right away. They enter production after the drop’s production/release date and ship afterward, so preorders take longer to arrive than an in-stock order would.

• Each preorder drop shows an expected “ships by” window at the time you reserve. That is when we expect the edition to leave for the carrier.
• After production, the standard production and shipping times above apply on top of the drop’s schedule.
• If a drop is delayed, we will let you know. If the delay is significant, you can cancel for a full refund — see the Refund & Returns Policy.

Tracking

When your order ships, we email a shipping confirmation with a tracking number and link so you can follow it to your door. If you did not receive tracking, check your spam folder first, then contact us and we will resend it.

Shipping costs and taxes

Any shipping cost and applicable tax are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay, so there are no surprises. For international orders, import duties, taxes, or customs fees may be charged by your country on delivery — these are set by your local authorities and are your responsibility.

Wrong address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned because the address was wrong or incomplete, reshipping costs are your responsibility. See our Refund & Returns Policy for details.

Lost, delayed, or damaged in transit

If your order is significantly delayed, arrives damaged, or does not arrive at all, contact us. For items damaged in transit, our Refund & Returns Policy covers replacements and refunds when reported within 30 days of delivery, with photos.
